The latest generation UFO aluminium cooler is here with the NorthQ-3315 Medium UFO. The renowned cylinder design combined with a new big low noise (20-30 db) 92mm fan provides extreme cooling performance. 
 
The NorthQ-3315’s multi clip system enables easy installation on sockets: 754, 939, 940, AM2 and 775 system.
 
Finally the use of light aluminium and pure copper and the new hybrid bearing ensures durability and an extensive product. With these innovations the NorthQ 3315 Giant UFO cooler represents the latest in high-end CPU cooling technology.
 
The new version is now equipped with a build-in alarm function in the fan controller, that indicate if the fan stop spinning during operation.
